  • Seems best to start with boa: https://github.com/boa-dev/boa
    • It is written entirely in Rust, has many contributors, and is being actively worked on
    • The license is excellent as well, MIT or The Unlicense
    • We should be able to have a lot of control over the code without much cruft from history, easy to implement IC APIs hopefully
