Run the service with `./service &`. Now you can run `./client [n]`, where `n` is an integer. To kill the service, make sure to record the pid displayed after it starts in the background.

Stupid if

I think there is a mistake in client line 50. I

def _finished(self, thread_id, result):
    if self._thread_id == self._thread_id:
        self._result = result
        self._done.set()

I think this should be:

def _finished(self, thread_id, result):
    if self._thread_id == thread_id:
        self._result = result
        self._done.set()
