Major changes including MATE removal

From now on I'm using main Ubuntu image and pure i3 instead of embedding it into another DE.

  • Abandon Mate and remove related commands from install.sh
  • Install Alacritty from prebuilt binary
  • Remove Exa or find a reliable prebuilt binary source. Compilation is slow and since I don't need to to build Alacritty from source anymore, I can avoid installing Rust altogether.
  • Add deadsnakes PPA
  • Add Discord
  • Remove GoLand and Go as I'm not using it yet
  • Add bat
  • Add tldr
  • Update visuals
  • Fix issue with changed directory and relative paths in commands
  • Update pipx installation method
