There appears to be a scenario in which the camera can be null in the draw method of the MachineScreen. This can only be the case if the app has just been closed and it then decides to draw. Need to protect against this some how.

This was caused by the key events for down and up happening almost at the same time. The key down was not being raised at the point of pressing the key but rather at the point of releasing. The time between the two events was so small that the VIC had no chance of picking up on it.

Think about potentially adding handling for the key typed event to potentially resolve this. The character passed to the key typed handled method appears to be correct all of the time. To make use of this though, it might be necessary to use the delayed key release mechanism for all key strokes.
