Update version of tooling

Javascript dependencies are not up to date. We must update them.

Need to get a Specific Camera Image with a single call.

The dev/index.html is very ugly ATM. Maybe it can a little bit better visualy, but without dependencies.

As we may be more in the future, I think we should standardize editors configuration.

We can use the .editorconfig file to do this.
We should have a linter tool too like prettier or eslint rules

Let's update some devices now.
Starting with :

• Temperature,
• Humidity
• Barometer.

As the code is growing, we need to split the API documentation actually in the readme.md file into different sections of documentation.

It can be good to have a docs folder into the project and in this folder one markdown file by API entry :

• camera.md
• devices.md
• events.md
• notification.md
• scenes.md
• system.md

then, we can reference theses files into the readme.md

FetchAPI is far light than Axios.

Maybe we can rewrite the API layer... With "Clean Code" behaviors.

Remove useless class in cameras,events,notifications,scenes,system,

There is 2 btoa call in Api.js right in the constructor, and btoa is a deprecated function and may be removed in the future. The effect will be the break of all this lib...

Seems that Prettier and EsLint not working well on VsCode... Maybe there some configuration missing.
