handle case where target time is greater than an individual's total time

i.e.

50 minutes to walk
10 minutes to drive
total time is 60 minutes
target time is 15 minutes

can't find where person b will be at 15 minutes cuz they won't be anywhere

Do something when people don't but in the right info in the forms

After first address is submitted, generate a message to send to your friend with the meeting code

And check if businesses will be open at that time

Streamline functions, make sure everything is commented

• rank by score

Show travel times/directions for both

Restart search from the best scored midpoint
