Pretty much the title, when the key is unset it works when you use grave.

Using this mod with the tools in Tinkers' Construct seem to not work correctly. While vein mining does work, the items drop as normal instead of being added to your inventory automatically. Additionally, the vein mining limit with these tools seem very low, however that could be due to the momentum modifier, where if you break enough blocks, the pickaxe "changes", causing the vein mine to stop.

When trying to create a custom group in the mod menu(minecraft:iron_ore, minecraft:deepslate_iron_ore) it gets cut off at (minecraft:iron_ore, minecraft:de). When I manually add it to the grouping.json5 file they will still not excavate together.

The algorithm should support diagonally connected blocks, both on the edge or the corners. This would help immensely with mining non-standard trees, like acacia or large oak trees.

Im playing All of Fabric 3 on a server and veinmining works with all industrial revolution mining drill tiers except the modular mining drill. when using the drill with vein mine blocks still go directly to your inventory, but it only mines about three blocks in a line from where you look, ignoring block type

whatever the config "Invert Activation" turn ON or OFF, you should press the activation key (default is ACCENT GRAVE key ` ) to enable the mod.

Because the key binds are stored in the mod config rather than with the rest of the user-level options, any time I update my modpack, all of the players on my server have to reconfigure their local instance to map their preferred keys. I'm curious if there was a reason for implementing your own method of storing key binds rather than using the same one as most other mods (and vanilla MC itself). Would it be possible to change that so we don't run into this in the future?

You can't excavate when your hand is empty. At first, I thought this was a feature, and you needed to have the correct tool to excavate, but I noticed that you can excavate logs with dirt, and noticed it was a bug.

Veinminer used a command /vm pickaxe add modded_pickaxe and ore excavator used a menu and config file list. This is a feature that I would love to have. Thanks!

so ye, i can't find anything about that in the config, and when i excavate without auto-pickup, there's items basically everywhere.
And the gifs from the diggus maximus page are showing grouped items without auto-pickup, so are these from an other mod ?

When i enable the "Invert Activation" feature nothing changes. I expected it to require my keybind to not vein mine.

As long as diggusmaximus and multisleep aren't enabled at the same time the server loads normally, but when they're both enabled the server crashes with an exception provided by diggusmaximus

As in the log, this is with diggusmaximus-1.5.7-1.19 and multisleep-1.4 (for MC 1.19).

With the most recent version, and multiple versions of mod menu the game crashes when you try to open the config

I had a full inventory and have the "auto pickup" mod option on, and used the modifier key on a deposit of ore. It only dropped one ore and the rest were deleted.

Diggus Maximus seems to conflict with and silently break datapacks that fell trees.

I tested with TreeCapitator and Timber, isolating for Diggus Maximus.

I added diggusmaximus-1.4.5-1.17.jar to my minecraft, but when I started, fabric showed an error.

The other tree types are fine from my testing, but when vein mining spruce logs, the leaves don't decay. This happens with both regular sized spruce trees and the 2x2 trees. On occasion the top few layers decayed on the large trees, but the rest remained.

1.15.2 client. Log shows nothing. Full food bar after mined 8 stack of stones.

I vein-mined a group of 4 purple shulker boxes with a rock cutter from techreborn, and only the one that I started mining the 'vein' on kept its contents.

This may be a mod interaction conflict. But mining normally does not cause stone to fall like it's affected by gravity. Using the mod to vein mine however. Causes stone to fall like gravel.

It does not happen with the mod removed.

It is in a modpack with 275 mods. One of them is physics mod. Which enables these features. But that feature is off and does not happen at all.

Maybe the vein mining mod is interacting with that physics mod somehow?

Nothing in log states anything.

Mod Version 1.5.4-1.18 - this just started happening. No matter what keybind configuration I set, either in the keybind section of MC or from Mod menu, I can't disable vein mining. What I mean is that vein mining is always active as if I'm holding the activation key / mouse button. Because of this behavior shape mining isn't working either because vein mining seems to be taking precedent. The only way that I've found to stop this behavior is from Mod Menu and disabling it all together. None of the keybinds work, ie. vein mining or shape, it always vein mines. I have: 1) reset the config files (deleted them so they will be recreated) 2) Tried logging out and back in and 2) Restarted the game -- No change. Same behavior in multiplayer and a single player test world.

When you have the server side shift feature for people without the mod to be able to vein mine, people with the mod still vein mine with shift. It should strictly vein mine with the hotkey they choose to set but right now it vein mines with the hotkey AND with shift.

Trying to change the keybinding in the controls is quirky, and doesn't always set correctly. Setting it from ModMenu works, but is unintuitive to look there for a keybind

Steps to reproduce:

Add custom areas, like you can make it a 1x2 for hope big enough for the player or a 3x3.

These are all based on where you mine so the 3x3 will mine all around where the pickaxes is.

It by default goes 5 blocks feel but you should be able to change that in the UI where you can select the area. Maybe I’ll try to implement the UI once the code is there and learn some fabric(idk how to mod)

Using a Wooden shovel to mine a diamond ore block will still activate the vein miner.

For example, coal_ore is useless while minecraft:coal_ore is useful.

If you're on a server with the server side sneak feature on, auto pickup on, and hold shift and mine something that isn't on the vein mine whitelist, it still auto picks up when it shouldn't.

Hi I'm trying to change the keybinding for my fabric server yet I don't know what value values are im trying to change it to alt but I don't know the string for that key

I have set my kebind to left click so it works on all veins without having to hold a button, however, mining a single block makes the block re-appear shortly after mining it

Installed the latest version, works just fine, however there is no setting to change/manage the hotkey.

Acquisition enchantment makes it so that mined blocks are moved straight to inventory without dropping. For some reason this causes vein mining to simply not do anything.

When I have 'Include Different Blocks' enabled for Shape Excavating and Requires Tool in Options, then proceed to use the normal excavating (default key: `), it will also mine out blocks that do not match the tool being used.

Repro Steps:

1. Edit config file or through Mod Menu:

• Enable Shape Excavating
• Enable Include Different Blocks
• Enable Requires Tool

2. Open game
3. With an appropriate tool (I am using an Axe with Silk Touch enchantment), use the normal excavate functionality on the logs of a tree.
4. Observe both the logs and leaves are dropped (via Silk Touch).

Expected Result:
User should expect the Include Different Blocks functionality to not override the Requires Tool functionality when excavating normally.

Hi! I'm testing a new game setup, so this is probably a conflict or another mod's fault.
The jvm just hangs (not just mc crashes, so there is not a crashlog) when I cut a tree block very much like shown on your demo in mod's description on curseforge.
How can I investigate the issue other than removing other mods one by one?
