Changes to the schedule don't auto-refresh, needing a reload, which shows the voting view before flashing over to the schedule

The room selection algorithm doesn't account for when the same speaker gets slotted in the same slot

Should we let users add ideas so someone doesn't need to input them as pitches are occurring? I think pitches are still important, but attendees could write their pitch in their own words.

Happy to tackle this on the front-end, but wanted to put it up for discussion first.

Should users be able to remove their vote from a topic?

There's no great UI for moving around talk slots; having a "swap talk slots" action would be super ++

Elm clients are cool and all, but the JS isn't super awesome on the twitter client.

Let's have a URL that can be shared more widely? On a different view.

I'd love to see what this looks like without having to set it up. A couple of screenshots or a minute-long demo video would probably suffice.

The voting view is nice, but the schedule view is just lazy on the desktop and not at all delightful

Try to improve the loop to minimize participant collision

The order of the pitches, top-to-bottom, crowds votes on early pitches.

It would be good if the votes could be randomized, or sorted so that the pitches came in with new talks on the top so we didn't have to keep scrolling down.
