I tried to execute sc-tester against local Kyma cluster, I found following issues:

• we still use "servicecatalog.kyma.cx" instead of "servicecatalog.kyma-project.io"
• istio sidecar is blocking access to api server
• we are linked to very old version of kyma: kyma-project/kyma@9adf539

Description

Enable Prow CI for Service Catalog Tester.

Reasons

For now, there are not CI for this project, so we need to manually push new images and also execute the before-commit script which can be an error-prone

With the current approach, the image is built and pushed manually:

gcloud auth configure-docker

cd cmd/healthcheck/

docker build -t eu.gcr.io/kyma-project/develop/service-catalog/health-proxy:0.0.2 .
docker push eu.gcr.io/kyma-project/develop/service-catalog/health-proxy:0.0.2

but this is not allowed anymore as the push permission was disabled for kyma devs. Only ProwJobs with a proper secrets can push images to proper registries. We need to create a missing one for the cmd/healthcheck package.

In this PR it was done manually by Prow admin.
