Unfortunately with the current plugin structure (native go plugin module), there appears to be an issue with running go test

Error:

plugin.Open("plugins/gotify/gotify"): plugin was built with a different version of package runtime

It has been suggested by others to switch to https://github.com/hashicorp/go-plugin. Will be looking into making this switch soon.

QBittorrent

Utilize the QBittorent Web API to:

• Add new torrent
  • Set options including "tag", directory, etc

In relation to #2 , it has been decided to switch to an alternative plugin framework: https://github.com/hashicorp/go-plugin
This plugin framework is more widely used and described as have better support than the "native" plugin package from go directly.

This should resolve the issue of not allowing plugins to be loaded in go test.

Utilize the Twitter API to:

• Post new tweet
• Update profile description
• Update profile image
• Update profile banner
• Update About Me

Create Code_of_conduct.md and Contributing.md file.

Lots of template are already available, you can use any one.
