Review creation should be accessible from reviews page. It allows choosing type of the review and then creates it. It is then visible in the list of reviews as not started.

Shows aggregates for each group of reviewers where text answers are aggregated by shuffling and concatenation, multiple choice answers are aggregated by showing the number of each option and agree-disagree answers are aggregated by averaging.

Such questions would have several options from strongly disagree to strongly agree with milder levels of agreement and disagreement in between.

There should be a button on the answer sheet that marks it completed and makes it impossible to further edit it. When all answer sheets of a review are completed, the review should be also marked completed and the completion date should be set.

Some questions must be able to be designated as multiple choice questions. They have several options and the answer is selected by choosing from them.

Accessible from the reviews page for any review. If the review is not started it allows adding reviewers to any group except self, starting the review and deleting the review. If the review is started but none of the answer sheets are started, it can be reverted to not started (undo start). If at least one answer sheet is started, no actions are possible on this page.
