Anchor elements only supported in habrahabr markdown for compatibility reasons (now relative links are supported):

There are two methods of processing such elements:

• [Easy] Just remove anchor elements while processing Habrahabr to other formats
• [Harder] Convert anchor elements to the table of contents items. The below header should be considered:

Implement the first as a start point.

Habrahabr generates a relative link from entire header text instead of rendered text unlike GitHub, GitLab: [Header With Link](https://github.com/) -> [Header With Link](#header-with-linkhttpsgithubcom).

This is also a workaround for https://github.com/limonte/dear-habr/issues/97
