Write tests for all homomorphic properties given in 'Public-Key Cryptosystems Based on Composite Degree Residuosity Classes' from P. Paillier on site 13.

Add some documentation. I think Doxygen should fit best.

At the moment we only implemented the simplest encryption and decryption scheme, that Paillier gives in his paper. We should now also implement the optimizations he gives at p. 9ff.

In the encrypt function the do while condition should be
r.compareTo(n) >= 0 || !n.gcd(r).equals(BigInteger.ONE)
instead of just:
r.compareTo(n) >= 0
cause in paillier r is coprime with n!

and check uniqueness of p and q in keybuilder!
