I don't think there were any between 6.1.1 and 6.2. As far as I know, the 6.1.1 improvements were mainly compiler bug fixes, not changes to the language itself. Can you point me anywhere I could find anything about changed in 6.1.1?

Unfortunately Apple seems to have removed the 6.1.1 build and its release notes.
Sorry for the trouble. Probably you are right and there where only fixes to Swift.
