Hi.
Dbadmin display an empty page instead adminer interface in dolibarr v14.0.3
Before the dolibarr update it was working well.
The PHP version did not change, is 7.4.25, and Dolibarr is running in Linux.

I am using the administrator user, and this is the result after click on "Database Admin"

Environment: Linux, PHP 7.4, Mysql.
After a Dolibarr version update, the module DBAdmin is not working. (I have observed the problem in the last 3 updates of Dolibarr i did)

To fix it, just i deactivate the module, i remove it from /custom/dbadmin/core/modules/, and then i download the zip file dolibarr_dbadmin-1.1.zip from dolistore, and using Setup/Modules-Aplications, i activate the module again. Then DbAdmin works again.
