Update suggestions

Fay is dead.

GHCJS is less dead and deserves a mention.

PureScript and Elm deserve a mention too I guess.

Validate pull requests with Travis

Hello, I wrote a tool that can validate README links (valid URLs, not duplicate). It can be run when someone submits a pull request.

a collaborative... list items are unneccessary

Is any of this list curated? I thought the idea of these awesome lists were to be more than just describing what exists in the world.

I think all of the (a collaborative ... list) items should be rolled up into one item showing that hackage does indeed have a list of all packages by category.

Status of the project

No commits since Nov 2018 (almost 2 years) - is this project still maintained? If not, should it be moved to some organization, where at least several people would have write access to it?

tensorflow category issue?

I got redirected to this repo from https://haskell.libhunt.com/contribute, but I'm not sure if this is the correct place for this bug report. Basically, I noticed that the tensorflow package in libhunt lives in a tensorflow section, which is too specific and should really live in a place with other auto-differentiation tools like ad, backprop, grenade, and tensor-ops. Going with "tensor-ops" as a category might also work, but it also may be too specific at this point in hackage history.

Is this the right place to file an issue? Apologies if it isn't!
