Ban Command needs to remove a player's messages on the server.
Softban command needs to be created which will be a copy paste of the current ban command.

Command should show all existing commands and their usages without the need to add them manually

Right now levels are just a mysql column, they need to be implemented.

At this time, InsigniaHandler.GetInsignia always expects multiple insignias, which is bad.
