After several prototyping, I realize that my spare time only support me to implement a simple replicated map interface over Ratis.

At lease we can deliver a workable software.

During the adventure I have a lot of thoughts and gains for implementing an etcd-alike KV system, a ZK-alike data tree system. I'll write a summary once the Replicated Map interface implemented and the summary should work as a guide for anyone who want to dig and develop Ratis-based system.

Seems dryad is a distributed key-value storage. I'd like to know about the design of storage engine.
