What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check out the latest files from 
http://codebettercanvas.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ 
2. Clicked on CodeBetter.Canvas.sln to open project in VS2008
3. I got the following error message:"The project file 
C:\SVN\CodeBetter.Canvas.Web\CodeBetter.Canvas.Web.csproj cannot be opened.
The project type is not supported by this installation."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have expected the project to be compiled without errors

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vesrion 7 on windows 7 OS.

Not a bug, but the 'ValidationTests' folder within the
CodeBetter.Canvas.Tests project is misspelled as 'ValiationTests'.

This was just a small detail I noticed as I was looking through the
project, my apologies if you already knew about it. 

Thanks for putting this together, it's been a great learning exercise for me.

1. Using .SetFirstResult() and .SetMaxResults() to do paging 
with SQLite

What is the expected output? 

Correct paging

What do you see instead?

Stops at page 2 (10..10)

That's a fixed bug with NH2.0, corrected on 2.1
