Currently, only up to 100 repositories can be cloned per organization/user due to GitHub API paging limitation. Should implement logic to iterate over pages to support organizations and users with over 100 repositories

A feature I would love to see is the ability to exclude repositories or organisations from cloning.
For example I am in an organisation EpicGames, but not having contributed to any repositories I honestly do not care if their repositories are in my backup vault. So I propose adding new flags --exclude-orgs and --exclude-repos.
