1-on-1 Tips
quick start guide
- チームメンバーと毎週30分、1on1 を行う予定を立てる
- ミーティングの議題や話し合いたいことについて記録する
- 後述する「1on1の時間配分の例」を参考に1on1を実施
初対面のマネージャーとチームメンバーで初めて1on1 をするなら、最初の数週間は以下を意識
- 1週目: お互いを知るために話をする
- 2週目：チームとメンバーの役割、パフォーマンスの考え方について話し合う
- 3週目：メンバーの長期的、短期的なキャリアの目標について話し合う
- 4週目：現時点でのマネージャーとチームメンバーによる双方向のフィードバックを行う
- 5週目：通常の1on1を実施する
