draw api data to the map

Every time the map updates, previous data should be removed.

This should be disabled and a alert similar to twitter should be adopted.

the layout is wrong when there are several agencies (4 in my case)

does not refresh when loading in the page for the first time

• enable all message channels
• change the background service interval
• insert some "real" data for demo

add anything you think is necessary for the demo

add css to dashboard

the domain name should be set as a global variable in the base so that all URLs can easily be changed.

Pages like login, dashboard, report etc. their heights are abnormal. (may set min-height)
