Hey there!
It's not actually an issue, with actual code you should call:
$client = new Github\Client();
$client->authenticate('MY_TOKEN', null, Github\Client::AUTH_HTTP_TOKEN);
$client->api('organization')->repositories('MY_ORGANIZATION');Yet, I can agree that's a bit confusing =)
