I did try to launch with other mods, wasn't working so I tried with NG+ only, same results.

New Game > "Legacy" > Create
Then I got stuck on Loading Items.

There's something not loading here?
Then I look at the log to see what's going on.

This file does not exist.

@kmichailg Can we make the values here pull from settings so we can modify them from a config?

I can code it if you can provide some guidance on how to do it? I am not familiar with plugin coding
