Cant understand whats the problem and if its on my side

Use Postgres instead of Redis

Many rails apps use Postgres as a default database. Would the functionality you're gaining from redis be possible with a properly namespaced table in an existing database configured by the app with DATABASE_URL (Heroku default)?

Reissuing

This looks like a cool gem!

Currently, we're using Sabayon, which provides a separate app and requires an API key to modify Heroku's ENV variables.

I like your approach of using Redis, a free service, attached to each app instead, as it definitely cuts down and would actually be automatable.

Have you looked at making the process reissuable through a heroku cron task that runs daily?
Lets Encrypt suggest reissuing certs if they're expiring soon.

I'd be happy to switch over if this had re-issue support. I'd also be happy to contribute that support.

Supporting Multiple Domains in a Single Multi-tenant App

This looks like a tremendously valuable gem and I'm curious if you have any thoughts on how we might adapt it for use on our small niche CMS app.

We power many different client domains with our software and some are interested in accessing their site over https however Heroku doesn't allow unlimited certs so I'm curious if you have any thoughts on how we could implement ssl when each client would need to have their own domain/dns settings etc in our multi-tenant app.

Thanks.
