Hi,

I have recently activate the plugin but since now I have never show a downloaded or streamed subtitle from Xsubs.
I have try some things such as removed the series from library and add it again, placed the plugin 1st or at the top off the other plugins but no luck!
I have used for my test the "The Mandalorian" series and the "WEBRip.x264-ION10" subs.

Any idea what or how to check it again and my question is how this is working, I mean what have priority over what and if the video file names have a big role at it, to find the appropriate subtitle!
I mean yes sure they have but where is the problem at the subs that people uploading and the names from their files, because most of the time they are not renaming thy subs files to match the video file names or somewhere else?

Hello,

all subtitles that come from xsubs.tv appear in the subtitles menu, but they cannot be displayed. I checked the logs and the following error message appears: .....invalid format.

Any ideas on how to overcome this issue?
