we have experiencing our service got hang occasionally and it seems caused by kmutex

this is needed so that the migration is not happen by default when do deployment.

on cmd > migration.go: line 24 & 25.

don't forget to add on readme to enable it manually.

makes sure the config is validate before service is up. This is preventing human error when deploying new feature.

It seems the health check endpoint, that always check liveness to all dependencies (DB, redis, etc) is somehow getting timeout eventually and make kubernetes kick the service out from the ingress.

So need another endpoint /liveness with just return 200 OK without checking any dependencies.

I think we can add minimal configuration sample to run the service, for example:

• app name
• app host
• app port
• etc

so from the sample, client can create their respective configuration file

it's singleton, so we don't need to maintain manually the connection
