Electra 11.2 - 11.3.1 support

Delectra can be used to fix/re-jailbreak your device as reported here. I'm not sure all leftover files are removed as of yet so I can not guarantee a clean state. I'll look into the current Electra release ASAP.

An uninstaller script for Coolstars' Electra iOS 11.0 - 11.1.2 jailbreak. Please read everything in this readme before you do anything!

Why?

SemiRestore11 is not released yet and I wanted to revert the JB. (b10 was a lot more stable for me)

I followed all filesystem changes from the jailbreak bootstrap files and electra source code and added those to the unjailbreak.sh script. This should undo everything done by the installer, except the APFS snapshot. (So SemiRestore11 should still work when it comes out.)

!! DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING !! This is not recommended by Coolstar or even myself.

How to use?

Uninstall ALL user installed packages and tweaks. You can use SemiRestore11-lite for this now!
Put unjailbreak.sh on your phone. I'd recommend putting it in /electra so it will be removed by itself
Reboot your device and rejailbreak without tweaks enabled. (This should make the process more stable)
SSH into your phone as root and run unjailbreak.sh from this repo:

cd /electra
sh unjailbreak.sh

Wait until the device reboots and then reboot again.

User reports

Wait for SemiRestore to avoid any risk at all since I can NOT guarantee a successful uninstall. Every system is different after multiple tweak installations so make sure you remove every tweak you have installed to be as stock as possible.

Update 01-03-2018: Multiple people on Reddit and here have used the script succesfully on various devices.

Update 04-03-2018: Even futurerestore(d) devices seems to work, as well as the iPhone 6s as seen in the user reports. Still, be careful!

Troubleshooting

My tweaks are not working on the betas anymore?

This was an issue when you used an older version of this script. This is fixed now.

SSH into your phone as root and run:

mkdir /Library/Frameworks/

Reboot and re-jailbreak with a beta electra version and it should be fixed.

I get a topanga error when I try to rejailbreak

This happens when there are still some remaining files on your system from unfortunate packages or tweaks. The latest version of this script should take care of this for you. This may also happen when the script gets aborted half-way through.

If you still have SSH access simply re-run the latest version of this script.
If not use Filza and (carefully!) check for any of the files in this list and remove them. Do not remove directories. Remove the files one by one there are crucial system files in some of the directories next to the topanga files.

Let the script delete itself

Shouldn't the script delete itself after everything is successful?

[Enhancement] Update for the iOS 11.3.1 Electra Jailbreak

I'm sure there will be a few things changed in Electra in order to fix the remount issue, so I think this should get an update once Electra is fully released. While this tool/script can be dangerous throughout it's early stages of being updated, I hope it isn't too hard to update.

Wondering what might have caused it. I was using PuTTY.

Substitute

Is it necessary to remove substitute from cydia to do the process or can I leave it installed?

Can’t install Ifile for step 2?

I really don’t know how I can do this without some form of help?

I get this when I try to install ifile to do step 2.

I also can’t see my installed programmes or tweaks in cydia. The section is completely empty!?

That and I get these errors a lot when cydia loads repo lists ->

Is possible use delectra after create structure in /var

Hi
I have dpkg_locked in ios 11.3.1. To solve these I copy /lib/dkpg from other site to /var.
Now I see that I make wrong because the solution correct would be using delectra.
Is possible to make that now?

I’m planning on developing an app that uses this exact script to remove Electra from the users device without the need of a computer, but I’m wondering if I have your permission to use the .sh script? You will be credited

Title.

Please update/check compatibility with unc0ver. I tried rolextra but it deletes user settings which deleted my 250+ wifi passwords (had an old backup which did not want to use). So, your tool is actually superior to rellectra in my opinion. Thank you.

I have a problem in the infinite apple

I followed all the steps of "Delectra" and then I reset my phone and when the process was done I stayed in the infinite block, some solution for this problem, because the easy one would be to restore and update itunes and I do not want to do that.

Code modification.

You should use "uicache --all" instead of "uicache" for the new version of electra.

Tweaks are not working!

Hey,
I’ve just successfully deleted Electra Version 1.0.2, then I reinstalled Electra and first there was a topanga error, after checking your GitHub I deleted the files with Filza. Then it worked, cydia was there and I thought everything is working but tweaks are not working, but things like Icleaner and Ext3nder are working. I already tried to reinstall the tweak (Cylinder) and Substitute but it didn’t worked! I’ve Used the Comand: „mkdir /Library/Frameworks/ “ I Ssh in my device with The app NewTerm (Terminal).
And there was a error: „cannot create directory“ and „file exists“. How can I get tweak working? Thank you

How do I delete all user tweaks?
Is it safe to Erase all Content and Settings after using it?

Error:topanga after using Delectra

Hey,

I use SemiRestore + Delectra last night, then reset all content and settings. After using it, Rc1.04 doesn’t work. I was able to use Beta7 to get jailbroken, but even after following a lot of guides to fix the error, it still gives me the error. Help?
