2. Crash in learn(): SIGSEV

No crashing.

Crash in NeuQuant::learn() while accessing pointer p (out of bounds):

I think that this is not correct:

if (p >= (unsigned int *)lim) {
    p -= lengthcount;
}

and should be replaced by:

if (p >= (unsigned int *)lim) {
    p = (unsigned int*)thepicture;
}
