For this day, the Reds Giants game is not being parsed. This might be caused by a foreign character showing up in the list of game data retrieved from Beautiful Soup( A pitcher's name contains a character that should be parsed using an encoding that can handle foreign characters). In this case, the character is an é.

In order to help organize the data that's saved to the disk, assuming that the option were turned on, timestamps of the game dates should be used instead of the boilerplate out.json.

The date information could be the date information that the user enters in when selecting the option to get game results for a particular date. If this option is not selected (Get yesterday's scores), then whatever date that yesterday corresponds to should be formatted in the same manner as the other option(s).

This should be a 'patch' for the next version.

In a game from 2021-05-25, the 3rd last game is omitted due to a lack of a match for a pitcher.
Hyphenated name appears to be the cause.
Might need a bit of investigating, but the fix should be fairly simple.
