I am curious about the command for transfering from CoNLL 2003 to Twitter NER:
python2 joint.py --tasks twitter_ner ner --labeling_rates <labeling_rate> 1.0

In this case, models[0] is for twitter_ner, models[1] is for ner, the parameters of models[0] is transferred to models[1] using prev_params in line 106 of joint.py:
lasagne.layers.set_all_param_values(model.char_layer, prev_params)

So I am wondering whether the order of two tasks in the command ("twitter_ner" and "ner" ) is reversed.
Please let me know if I am wrong.
