Link pigment methods and POC stream

We have chosen to keep different methods of analysis, and pigment and POC files separate for the first version of BIOMATE. Instead a function will be made to help users match data. This preserves the integrity of original data,and it is easier to configure headers. The drawback is that a high number of files are produced.

NetCDF file creation - requirements and possibility

NetCDFs are not compiled in the first version of BIOMATE, however they can be in the future.

Standards within the field will need to be reviewed for file formats and code written to produce files. I will not take this on prior to release, but if anyone else feels the need, let me know. The data can then be stored in THREDDs which offers conversion to .csv format.
