Why things like SQL class and logs are duplicated?

BOOL = int
TRUE = INT
FALSE = INT

save some cpu time :) ?

The actual type of size_t is platform-dependent; a common mistake is to assume 
size_t is the same as unsigned int, which can lead to programming errors[3][4] 
for example when moving from 32 to 64-bit architectures.

btw : if u want move later to linux try avoid from using win32 apis
