It sounds there is an error when starting the plugin (missing DB tables?). The Kill Bill logs should have more details.

That's all what is in the logs (There is about 3-4x same message). DB has tables present. I am able to reproduce this locally with fresh install via Docker.
Labeling this issue invalid is bit weird. Mailing list has not given resolution to our problems. Multiple different issues including this gives currently no other option than just migrate away to something more trustworthy. Thank you for you work.
