This project is a part of Udacity Front End Developer Nanodegree program.
This is a basic Landing page that uses Javascript to create a NavBar dynamically, While navigating through the page, The section that is closest to the top and it's NavBar Link become active and highlighted.
* Build the navigation menu dynamiclly.
* Add an active state to your navigation items when a section is in the viewport.
* Add an active state to section when section is in viewport while scrolling.
* Add the functionality to scroll to sections and make it smoth.
* Hide fixed navigation bar while not scrolling (it should still be present on page load).
* Add a scroll to the top button on the page.
