Redesign login screen

The login screen is pretty barebones, needs more polish.

Remove RxRealm as dependency

RxRealm is probably not needed, try to replace RxRealm operations with the usual Realm read/write operation.

Filter schedule based on current time date

Remove SwiftSoup dependency

Currently I get some of the data in constructLoginForm() with SwiftSoup, perhaps it could be replaced with simple regex instead of a dependency.

Add error handling on every screen

Error handling due to network issue / fail to get data

When login button is pressed, the observable calls performsegue many times

Probably because getGPA() is requesting multiple times based on your current term.

GPA refresh is acting weird

Add error handling on login screen

Add error handling if invalid username/password etc.

Crush on first run in RealmSwiftPermissionUser

I'm using Xcode 11.1 (11A1027). After cloning and pod update, when I run app I get this error:
