Currently, you have to double-click on the icon in order to make the dropdown show up. However, that's not obvious to the user and I assume some never see the dropdown.

Suggested solution:

• Open dropdown with single-click.
• Change icon (that indicates status of current page) with double-click. Additionally, mention/explain double-click in dropdown.

We've been trying this extension for chrome but it seems like it's not doing anything. It's simply not adding the script tag at the end of the doc no matter what we try, thus not reloading the page. If we add the script tag to the document manually it reloads when there are changes. The npm package works perfectly fine, though.

Is there any log file we can inspect in order to research what's the cause or some kind of troubleshooting we can do ourselves?

Our setup is:
Windows 7 64bit
AEM 6.2
Google Chrome Version 58.0.3029.96 (64-bit)

Can you consider an option to disable the author edit mode?

My reason is that it's a very JS heavy page and takes a long time to load. I'd rather have more control over certain types of pages.

This could also be solved by having a more general option to disable browser sync per-each chrome tab.
