Current legend is a template text. Task is to update text to fill in correct information.

They are currently aligned to the center.

Information to include: address, phone, website, and email (if available)

Search bar allows user to zoom into a specific city or region

When toggle is off, change background colour to light grey and text colour to dark grey to show this layer is off.

Some coloured dots are hard to see on the map, add stroke width 1 to coloured circles in each layer

Add a map title, "Immigration Services Provider Map"

User suggests showing a colour on the menu only when the layer is turned on.
Show colour on menu when toggle is on. Do not show colour when toggle is off.

Purpose of map is not clear and easily identifiable. Suggest place map title on top in larger font.

It's hard to tell if a layer is on or off based on the colour. User was confused of which colour state turns a layer on or off. He suggested using a checkbox instead of different colours to show the layer state.

The addition of the Quebec data on 2019-07-27 warrants some documentation on the web page and analysis in the final report:

1. The 28 Quebec service provider categories were mapped to one or more of the 12 federal service provider categories. Some Quebec categories had no federal category. Some federal categories had no Quebec category.

2. What implications does this have for a future version of the app? What recommendations can be made for the federal government and the Quebec government? What possible obstacles or difficulties might there be? What caveats or downsides?

3. What mitigation can be implemented in the app to take into account the differences in the service provider categories?

Quebec information is not included in this data. Add following phrase to bottom right hand corner of map.

"For Quebec Services, click here” (hyperlink “here” with website https://services.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/fr/partenaires/carte-partenaires/”)"

One of the users suggested showing residential services as a category of newcomer services.

One of the government's main concerns is the gap between newcomer demand and services supplied. This is the basis of government's funding allocation. It is suggested to estimate the demand by using newcomer to provincial population ratio then multiplied by provincial calculation. Supply is estimated by an arbitrary capacity multiplied by number of service providers within the FSA (Forward Sortation Area).

A heat map would be the best method to represent ratio of demand vs supply.

As a uOttawa project, it would be nice to show bilingualism in the presentation of the project.

Not within scope of this prototype. Would be more useful in mobile applications. It is probable that android API already has built automatically.

Rename current layers to "General Services" and "French Services"

Add additional layers for other services available and name them into something useful to the user.

They are unnecessary and can be distracting for the user

The toggle buttons on the upper right are used to turn on and off the visibility of the layers associated with them.

This issue requests a button icon be added on the button which matches with the marker used for the correspondng layer on the map/

Add a map scale to bottom right corner (easier for user to tell distance)

Heat map layer does not have a legend. This may cause confusion for the user.
