boogie-board-sync-sdk-ios's Issues

Not checking EASession for having space available

Before sending any initial data to the Boogie Board Sync or asking it to connect to FTP, the session needs to be checked to see if it has space available on its output stream. By not doing this the FTP and Streaming client will break since it relies on that initial connection or putting the Sync into a certain mode.

How it should work is to wait until there is space available on initial creation of the session and then start communication with the Sync.

Fix framework imports the library uses

When creating a new project in Xcode 6, a prefix file does not get added to the project. Need to account for this when a user tries to include the library in a new project.

OS X SDK

Hey there,

great that you have a iOS SDK. As I'm not really happy with the Boogy Board Sync App on OSX (Too much Interface, broken Sync to Folder) I would love to create a simple OSX Menulet that allows plain syncing to a folder on save.

Could you maybe create an OSX SDK as well, so developers can use the default syncing mechanisms without going through all the IOBluetooth, OBEX stuff?

Thanks for your help!

Dropping packets over Bluetooth

When there is a pause in communication when streaming data, the iPhone will put Bluetooth to sleep. This results in a problem when data starts streaming again to the phone because it will drop lots of packets.

Solution: Keep the Bluetooth alive, only when in streaming mode, by sending the Sync empty packets every few seconds.

Does Comm. Protocol Allow Drawing paths on Sync from PC?

Good Evening,

I found the Sync communication protocol pdf on dropbox from a conversation you had with a guy, wanting to make an OS X app back in 2015 (Is that document current?); I briefly read it for about 10min. I may be reaching out to you more often to get a better understanding of how this device communicates. I specifically want to know if it is possible (within the communication protocols) to stream draw paths on to the sync device from an app?

Also, do you have any more documentation on the current iOS SDK?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
