is update to new versions possible?

i wanna clone this repo but it seems like, game spark disabled making new accounts and games with their services, and arcore unity sdk no longer supported for the new ar foundation, to use cloud anchor you have to use arcore extentions for ar foundation,
is there any way to use this source code with another gaming server such as( photon, firebase or unitys HLAPI)?? and maybe update the arcore cloud anchor to support ar foundation???
