Start a server:
$ mold start [env]
'env' is the type of environment to start. For example you could start the development environment.

Start server with development settings:
$ mold start dev

Create a command-line tool that creates an empty mold.

Create an empty mold:

$ mold <app> 

This creates the following structure:

/app/{models, views, controllers}
routes.js
config.js

List mold's help:

$ mold -h
