This line needed to be updated to test for case 'b' but wasn't done so, so the command-line options to specify buffer sizes were not working, thus breaking test scripts

If the user enters '-p prompt' the program will retrieve the password via a non-echoing prompt. However, if the user is trying to encrypt a file, it would be ideal for the entered password to be verified, in case the user makes a typo.

This presents an issue with the way getopt() parses command line options however, because if the '-e' switch isn't provided prior to the '-p' switch, there's not a way to test if the file is being encrypted or not in order to make the verification conditional.

Best options is probably to simply verify the retrieved password every time regardless whether the user is encrypting or decrypting, though this is slightly clunky. Will try to think of a better solution in the meantime, but will probably have to settle for that behavior.
