How to reproduce: Run hh test --network goerli
3 things to take note before running the above command:

1. Contract should be deployed to goerli testnet
2. Contract address should be added to Chainlink VRF (value randomiser)
3. Contract address should be added to Chainlink Upkeep (cronjob)

It seems like there's some issue with the code when used with Chainlink Upkeep?

The file below can be copied and tested on Remix

Testing steps with Remix:

1. run buyTickets() (0.01 ETH should give u 2 tickets, since i set them as 0.005 ETH per ticket)
2. run selectWinner() (the contract should pay u back the total balance)

• The error above has the same code as selectWinner(), and recentWinner is updated properly in remix as well.... So this is the confusing part
