test suite regression in debian unstable

hi!

the debian package for this project runs the test suite as part of Debian's continuous integration project (Debian CI). As you can see from the build history the 0.7.0 upload introduced a regression in the test suite, which now fails in the TestGpg_Extract4 and TestGpg_Extract4_Debug tests.

It's unclear to me why that happens and I would love if you could take a minute to inspect the build log to confirm if this is a problem with the software or Debian's deployment.

As things stand, this regression keeps this package (and its dependency, dmarc-cat) from migrating back to "testing" and therefore become eventually part of the next Debian release (bullseye) scheduled in a few years.
