Include some basic housekeeping for working with gcloud in the README:

Set a zone for your project:
gcloud config set compute/zone VALUE
Pick one from https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/regions-zones/regions-zones e.g. us-east1-c

Set project
gcloud config set project VALUE

At the end of /Tutorials/kubernetes/README.md:

If you wanted to avoid being charged for the Kubernetes cluster used in this tutorial run the following command to delete it:

$ gcloud container clusters create hello-tutorial

should be

$ gcloud container clusters delete hello-tutorial

Apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this, but these docs are similar to what I've done in a project, however my services can't connect to one another. I can however curl the host address for my gRPC connection, and I do get a response.

So I came across this documentation and example, and the only thing I'm not doing, which you are, is generating certificates. Which reminded me that gRPC uses http2, which requires ssl if I remember correctly.

Though my project will run locally without certifications?
