first of all thanks for this amazing solution.
I DL'd the Samsung Mask which start on startup but i always get an annoying prompt on Windows startup.
Thats why i decided to use the direct launch one.
My question now is, how do i remove the script which starts on startup?

Is this possible to autostart this script with admin privileges without asking for them?

I attempted to run the Samsung notes direct batch script. Notes started up but the required SamsungNotes app fails after login with the following error. Is there a work around?

hi, kellwinr! I wrote about Samsung-notes-for-windows-installer. This tool helps us to create desktop shortcut(by Direct launch).

I installed Samsung Pass from here:

but even with your script it doesn't work: it says that the computer doesn't support Samsung Pass.

After installing this, it crashes my Samsung Notes LOL

I can't delete this script. I have tried to delete the file that I downloaded, it seems that I make it. But every time I open my computer, it will ask me whether I want to start this script like before, it's bothering. If anyone can help me, I'd be very grateful.

.I'm using an office laptop so I want to avoid that from happening due to potential compliance issues.

The Samsung Device Care app boots up, but the whole app is broken, it doesn't detect any photos, videos, etc. and it can't make a backup.

I'm using the startup .bat and it's perfectly fine, just asking for the day I ditch Samsung entirely and wish to go back to normal values :)

As title says, this mehod only works when you're trying using Samsung Apps without login apparentely.
In fact, there is a problem with login at the time I'm writing this, preventing users from using their Samsung Accounts.
When clicking login, Samsung respond with "Error 500: Server error A. The length of a deviceSerialNumberText is invalid."

Step to reproduce:

1. with winget installed, on PowerShell write winget install "Samsung Notes";
2. execute one of the scripts (in my case, the startup version);
3. install Samsung Account from Microsoft Store;
4. open Samsung Notes and try to login with an existing account;
5. login not possible.

Am I missing something that prevent me from loggin in?

I'm trying to make the "Samsung Settings" app work with my non-samsung device. Although I'm stuck in a phase where is asking a "system events controller driver", which is easily found online on the 1.0.0.8 version, and even though I make sure it's installed, it's not working. I don't know why it doesn't work on my pc.

Samsung recently recently released the Samsung Phone app for Galaxy Book 4 and even more recently made it backward compatible with Book2 or later. It seems that this app does not just check the SystemManufacturer and SystemProductName but does some other checks too because even though I have my other Samsung apps working on non SAmsung PC, the Samsung Phone app won't work

Hi there! This has been a revelation, because just as I got to start using Samsung Notes to access my notes on my computer, Samsung updated it to block out non-galaxybook devices.

My problem is that I am really annoyed by the permissions asked at startup every time and I was wondering how I can remove it. I'm thinking of using the direct-launch version instead.

Context: I've been trying to run Samsung Notes (on a non Samsung PC of course) using the direct launch script

Problem: It's great that it works most of the time! But it doesn't occasionally which I believe is because the timeout is set too low. I changed the timeout from 2s to 5s which made it consistently work now.

Solution: Update the 2s timeout to 5s in the script
