URPTestbed is a testbed project for testing the new features of Universal Render Pipeline (URP).

About the Demo scene

The Demo scene uses a statue model (Hosmer.blend), but this repository doesn't contain the model file due to the file size limitation of GitHub.

You can download the file from the Releases page. Put the downloaded file in the Assets/Demo/Statue directory. Note that you have to put the file before opening the project because Unity will remove .meta file when the file body is missing.

You also have to install Blender to import .blend files.

Acknowledgements

The statue model used in the Demo scene was scaned by threedscans.com. See the original page for further information about the statue.

Not issue, just questions...

Hi Keijiro,

cool project as aways, for this one I have 2 questions:

  1. How is the settings fot the lights? I see there are 10 or even more realtime lights in runtime and the urp settings is with additional limit only 4, and there is also no performance issue, did I miss something or it is some trick?
  2. How is the pillar or benchmark mesh generated? with the meta mesh?

I must have mush thing to learn with unity
