Editor errors and black screen bug

I imported this rendering pipeline to a new project and it doesn't work. I get many errors and the Scene window has a weird black filter over it, obscuring some helpful editor GUIs. I'm using the current stable build of Unity 2018.

Error

RenderTexture.Create failed: format unsupported - 4.

I'm learning Scriptable Rendering Pipeline. I get that error.

Clear Flags (Depth Only)

I rly want use it in my project. (im not pro)
In my project used 2 cameras, and One have Culling Mask + Clear Flags.
When i use this shader it's dos't work((( any ideas?:((
