This is using the same config as the CI-Sandbox, other pullrequests work, need to figure out why this one is failing? Any help appreciated.

Packet type needs to be defined in an enum rather than hard coded strings in the parser. In theory, the type field wouldn't even need to exist if each packet type had it's own implementing class so type checking could be used instead.

Rather than accept options every time a packet is parsed, these should either be passed in the constructor or set via public properties in the aprsParser class.
