[w] and [s] keys pitch up and down [a] and [d] keys yaw left and right [shift] and [ctrl] keys speed the plane up or slow it down

arrow keys rotate the camera so that you can look around you can run it from a local browser by opening the index.html file, however the plane model only load is you access it from a web server.
